TOTAL BODY WORKOUT
Kick-Fit is a combination of kickboxing moves incorporating aerobics and circuit training. This intense, total body workout can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, co-ordination and balance.
This class consists of cardio, core and tone incorporating kickboxing techniques while working with pads and bags getting all the benefits of a kickboxing class without involving fighting.
