Tiny Tigers 4-5 Years

Our Tiny Tigers class encourages social skills, increased concentration, focus, balance, gross motor skills, fine motor skills and more!

Give your child an outlet to release energy in a healthy, encouraging environment.

Tigers 6-8 Years

Foundations are formed with kickboxing techniques and combinations. The children learn to work in pairs and groups and will begin pad work.This promotes team spirit, confidence and adds a new element to their training.

Juniors 9-14 Years

Your child will now begin to cement their martial arts skills and techniques. They will begin more complex drills and their technique will begin to refine. From yellow belt sparring drills will be included in their training.

Judo 8+ Years

Our Judo has a direct lineage to the teachings of Mr Kenshiro Abbe and his Kyushin theory on circles. Your child will learn grappling, throws, holds and more complex techniques as they become more advanced.
